The letters CHANEL and PARIS are also engraved on the square catch plate on the back of the gold CC fittings, and an ECLAIR zipper, a hallmark of vintage Chanel, is used on the inner pocket. The chain shoulder design allows you to carry it on your shoulder or carry it in your hand. There are no noticeable scratches or fraying on the bottom corners, so it should still be useful.
